Au commencement, il y a la vigne de mon grand-p\u00e8re maternel au Bourdet dans le sud des Deux-S\u00e8vres.<\/p>

Les vendanges chaque ann\u00e9e qui sont un rendez-vous incontournable du d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e scolaire durant toute ma jeunesse.<\/p>

Ces quelques dizaines d\u2019ares de vignes hybrides qui chaque ann\u00e9e permettent de remplir les cuves en fibre de P\u00e9p\u00e9 pour sa consommation annuelle et quelques dames jeannes pour le traditionnel pineau.<\/p>

Mais c’est quoi un artisan vinificateur ?<\/strong>
Pas toujours facile de s’y retrouver dans le monde du vin entre le vigneron, le viticulteur, le n\u00e9gociant et tous les interm\u00e9diaires de cet \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me.\u00a0
Je me suis install\u00e9 sans vignes, c’est pour cela que j’ach\u00e8te du raisin biologique \u00e0 des vignerons de confiance dans le Gers et en Gironde.
Suite \u00e0 quoi je m’applique \u00e0 vinifier leur raisin de la mani\u00e8re la plus douce possible et avec le moins d’intrants chimiques.
